The turn signals are connected directly to 12V without resistors. On models with a Can Bus system, the flashing frequency of the turn signals is regulated automatically. Models without a Can Bus system require a flasher frequency transmitter (Softail up to 2010, Dyna up to 2011, Sportster up to 2013, Touring up to 2013, all V-Rod/Night Rod)."
