Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and not fitted or installed
  • Complete with all parts and original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Please ensure items are packaged securely. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return instructions and address will be provided upon approval.

Electrical & VIN-Coded Parts

Some electrical components (including ECUs, tuners, speedometers, and similar items) may become permanently linked (“VIN locked”) once installed.

For this reason:

  • Returns are not accepted for items that have been installed, programmed, or altered
  • Returns are only accepted if the item is unused and in its original condition

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing.

Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any issues such as incorrect items, missing parts, or damage should be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Reports made after this period may be more difficult to assess and may not be eligible for resolution.

Where an issue is confirmed, we will:

  • Offer a replacement where available, or
  • Provide a full refund, including return shipping costs

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a replacement item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, a new order can be placed.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 working days after inspection

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Important Notes

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchase
  • We are happy to assist with fitment questions prior to ordering
  • Returns requested after 14 days may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and proof of purchase.
