Necessary for installation of Docking Hardware for H-D Detachables Windshields on XL, FXR and FXD models with Front Turn Signals originally located on the upper triple clamp. If the front turn signals are mounted on the UPPER fork bracket, the turn signals must be relocated to the LOWER fork bracket.
