Good overall condition. It has subtle wear marks as per images, hence price. 4.1" tall. This riser features a one-piece base that is designed for use with internally-wired 1.25" handlebars, and provides a skirt that conceals the wiring's exit from the bar.
Fits most 1.25" diameter handlebars. Does not fit Springer models. Requires separate purchase of additional components.
